- Access to the resort is strictly controlled and under no circumstances may guests open the security gate for visitors to enter. Vehicle passes to be displayed at all times.
- Guests wishing to have visitors (max 5 per unit/campsite per day) must arrange this with reception, and a fee will be payable. Visitors must report to reception, must be signed in by the guest and issued with a visitor pass. No visitors will be admitted after 20:00 and all visitors must leave the resort by 23:00.
- The maximum number of guests (including children) per unit is limited to the number of beds in the unit. All occupants must be checked-in at reception on arrival.
- Check-in time is from 14h00 on the day of arrival. Please confirm the accuracy of the inventory in your unit and report any discrepancies to the office within 1 hour of arrival.
- Check-out time is before 10h00 on the day of departure. Kindly allow us 10 minutes of your time to complete a departure check.
- Caravans and/or tents may be used in the Caravan Park and at the Private sites, but no army- or circus tents are allowed anywhere in the resort.
- Each camp site is equipped with one 15Amp plug point – do not overload it.
- The speed limit in the resort is 20km/h. Please adhere to this for the safety of small children at play in the resort.
- No loud music, music from vehicles or rowdiness will be tolerated. Guests not respecting this rule will be asked to leave the resort.
- Resort guards are there for your protection, please obey their instructions. Guests hindering or impeding the guards will be asked to leave the resort.
- Damages caused as a result of negligence or deliberate action will be for your account, payable at a rate determined by the resort manager.
- Management reserves the right to ban braai fires during windy conditions.
- Pets are not allowed in the resort except by prior arrangement.
- Please do not feed the monkeys and make sure all the windows are closed when you vacate the unit.
- No parties or gatherings will be allowed.
- Rules apply to all guests and their visitors regardless of length of stay.
- Persons entering the resort do so at their own risk.
- The resort will not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damages incurred during your stay.
