Access to the resort is strictly controlled and under no circumstances may guests open the security gate for visitors to enter.
Vehicle passes are to be displayed at all times. -
The maximum number of guests per unit (including children) is limited to the number of beds in the unit.
All occupants must be checked-in at reception on arrival.
No swapping and changing of guests under any circumstances will be allowed. - Lounge suites must remain inside the unit at all times and may not be used outdoors.

Bath towels provided by the resort are for in-unit use only and may not be used for swimming or sunbathing,
nor may they be taken to the tidal pools or the super tube swimming pool. -
Check-in time is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Please confirm the accuracy of the inventory in your unit and report any discrepancies to the reception office within 1 hour of arrival.
Check-out time is before 10:00 on the day of departure.
Guests are required to vacate the premises at checkout, and use of the facilities is not permitted after this time. -
Any discrepancies and problems at your unit/s or site/s must be reported to reception or to security after hours
and not to the general workers in the resort. If reported, these problems can be investigated immediately. - NO parties or gatherings will be allowed.

Caravans and/or tents may be used in the Caravan Park and at the Private Sites only.
PLEASE NOTE that army tents, circus tents, and marquee type tents are NOT allowed anywhere in the resort. - Each Camp Site is equipped with one 15 Amp plug point – please DO NOT overload it.

Guests wishing to have visitors (max 5 for the day per unit/campsite) must arrange this with reception, and a fee will be payable.
Visitors must report to reception, must be signed in by the guest and will be issued with a visitors pass.
NO visitors will be admitted after 20:00 and all visitors must leave the resort by 23:00.
A visitor fee per person will be payable on arrival. - The speed limit inside the resort is 20km/h. Please adhere to this for the safety of small children at play in the resort.
- The use of four-wheelers within the resort is strictly prohibited.

Loud music, music played from vehicles, and rowdy behaviour, including talking are strictly prohibited at all times.
Guests who fail to comply will be asked to vacate the resort immediately without refund.
NO music of any kind is permitted after 22:00. -
Resort guards and nightshift patrollers are there for your protection, please obey their instructions.
Guests hindering or impeding the guards will be asked to leave the resort. -
Damages caused as a result of negligence or deliberate action will be for your account,
payable at a rate determined by the resort manager. - Braai fires are strictly prohibited during windy conditions.

Pets are NOT allowed in the resort except by prior arrangement.
NO pets allowed in-season.
A pet permit should be carried at all times. -
Wild vervet monkeys are present in the area.
Please avoid all interaction with them and DO NOT harm, feed, or threaten them.
Ensure that all windows are closed when vacating the unit. -
The Natal Green Snake and Puff adders are common in the area.
Please call reception immediately if an incident with a snake occurs. -
The display of firearms is strictly prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to, paintball guns and BB guns. -
Clients may not disturb or disrupt other clients during their stay.
Any issues or complaints must be reported to the office.
Failure to comply with this rule may result in the resort not intervening in disputes or altercations between clients.
PLEASE NOTE
Persons entering the resort do so at their own risk.
The resort will not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damages incurred during your stay.
