- Cancelation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Requests received 28 days or more before the arrival date will be refunded in full, minus a 15% cancellation fee.
- Requests received 15 -27 days before the arrival date will result in a 50% forfeiture of the required deposit, with a 15% cancellation fee applied to the refunded amount.
- Requests received 14 days or less before the arrival date are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
