There are plenty of fun & exciting things to do in our resort. If you would rather just spend lazy days, relaxing in the sun & hanging around your unit or site, the facilities inside the resort will ensure that you have everything you need within a few steps!
Shop
The Willows Convenience Shop is wheelchair accessible and offers a wide selection of products, including toiletries, groceries, cigarettes, fresh meat, braai wood, ice, toys, and many other essentials to make your stay comfortable.

Liquor Store
Located next door to the shop is a small liquor store stocking a variety of alcoholic beverages.
The liquor store opens 10:00am daily and closes the same time as the shop.
Coffee Shop & Bar
The Coffee Shop is located inside the shop and offers refreshments, breakfasts, light meals, and desserts, also a fully licensed bar offers an stunning outdoor seafront seating area, a big screen TV inside for sports viewing.
It also offers a variety of meals like snack platters, burgers, steaks, seafood, and ribs to name a few. A children’s menu and desserts are also available.
Laundry
Due to the fire that took place on the 11th of December 2025 the laundry services are temporarily unavailable.
Games Room
In the summertime, the Game Centre is bustling with activity.
Indoor games include: pool tables, table tennis and foosball.
Outdoor activities include: a super tube, a giant sandpit, tennis court and putt-putt,
A variety of items can be hired from the gamesroom.
Kids are to adhere to all of the rules of the resort and our staff.

The games room may close earlier when the resort is quiet, but may open on request by phoning the number displayed on the front door of the Games Room.
Super Tube
There is a supertube next to the games room where kids can enjoy themselves all day under the supervision of the Games Centre staff.
Putt-putt
The 18-hole putt-putt course offers an amazing view. Putters, balls and scorecards are available for hire from the games room.
Tennis Court
The tennis court is situated at the resort entrance and tennis racquets and tennis balls are available for hire from the games room.
Tidal Pools
The 2 tidal pools create hours of fun for the whole family.
Snorkelling equipment are available for hire from the Games Room.
Buckets and spades are available to purchase from the Shop.
Fishing is NOT allowed in the tidal pools.
Fishing
The rugged, rocky coastline creates ideal fishing spots for guests staying in the resort.
Fishing Licenses can be obtained at any post office (the nearest post office is inside the Summerstrand Village shopping canter ±15km from The Willows Resort).
